The IES Management staff is highly trained and qualified to ensure proper administration of personnel issues. Owned and operated by Cathy Muniz, whom has an MBA in Business Management and is a Certified Safety Instructor. Cathy handles the San Antonio, Uvalde, and Eagle Pass Locations.
The Austin Location is managed by Dora Horn, whom has a B.A. in Organizational Psychology with SPHR certification.
Both are business professionals with extensive and diverse experiences in Human Resource Management in the private and public sector
